About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Officer to join our client's People Team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the organisation.

Working as part of a wider HR team, you will provide expert advice and support on a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, policy development, performance management, and organisational change.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience and make a genuine impact within a values-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line and complex HR advice to managers and employees.

Assist with employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance concerns.

Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Analyse HR data and produce management information reports and HR metrics.

Coach and guide managers on best practice people management.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.

Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.

About You You will be a confident HR professional with strong operational experience and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.

Requirements

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in a Senior HR Officer, HR Advisor, or similar HR generalist role.

Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong IT skills, including experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
