Your new role
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll coordinate onboarding, learning programmes, professional qualifications and compliance-led training. You'll ensure learning systems, events and development activity run smoothly, accurately and on time.
Key focus areas:
- Supporting onboarding: Deliver smooth onboarding by coordinating inductions, mandatory training and learning pathways for new joiners and internal moves.
- Learning systems: Maintain and update the LMS, manage learner records and enrolments, support digital learning content, and produce basic reports.
- Training events: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, handling logistics such as rooms, tech, materials and supplier liaison, and manage attendance and feedback.
- Professional development programmes: Support mentoring, qualifications, apprenticeships and wider development initiatives by managing schedules, communications, trackers and learner support.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in L&D/HR administration or professional services coordination.
- Strong organisation, accuracy and multi-tasking skills.
- Confident communication and stakeholder handling.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, LMS).
- Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently.
Desirable: LMS experience, regulated environments, early careers support.
