Your New Role
As HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the business to drive people initiatives that support organisational objectives, employee engagement, and business performance. This is a varied role offering a blend of strategic partnering and hands-on delivery, including:
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
- Supporting the delivery of people strategies aligned to business goals.
- Partnering with Centres of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
- Coaching and supporting managers on a range of people-related matters.
- Leading and supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes, and employee experiences.
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting international and multi-site stakeholder groups where applicable.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving business-focused people solutions. You will ideally have:
- Experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Previous experience in professional services, consultancy or accounting organisations would be advantageous.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed or international teams is beneficial.
