An established organisation is seeking a commercially driven relationship leader to play a pivotal role within a major transformation programme. Joining during a critical implementation phase, you'll have the unique opportunity to help build and shape a new service before taking ownership of the ongoing client relationship, service delivery and growth strategy.
The Opportunity
Working closely with operational, technology, project and commercial teams, you'll help establish the foundations for a new service, ensuring successful mobilisation and a seamless transition into ongoing delivery. Once operational, you'll become the trusted senior contact for key stakeholders, responsible for driving performance, enhancing service quality and identifying opportunities to strengthen the long-term partnership.
