As a Learning and Development Contractor, you will be joining a well-established, purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on developing its people and building organisational capability. Operating within the L&D and OD team, the organisation places real value on learning, talent development, and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning and talent interventions. You will work closely with stakeholders to diagnose business needs and translate these into practical, outcome-focused solutions. Your responsibilities will include delivering workshops and blended learning programmes, supporting talent and leadership development initiatives, and coordinating end-to-end programme execution.

You will manage multiple initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery is both high-quality and aligned to organisational priorities. You will also gather feedback and insights to evaluate effectiveness, making recommendations to continuously improve learning impact.

TO SUCCEED

You will bring proven experience delivering L&D or talent development initiatives within a corporate environment, along with strong skills in learning needs analysis and programme design. You will be confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities. A proactive, delivery-focused mindset is essential, as is the ability to operate autonomously and pick up programmes quickly with minimal onboarding. Strong organisational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a collaborative approach will be key to your success.
