You will work for a Building consultancy based in the West Midlands, who specialise in schools. They have been operating for over 15 years, and continue to be market leaders in what they do.
You will work as a Building Surveyor, managing projects across the education sector. These consist of refurbishments, new build and extensions. You will manage the projects from inception to completion, and play a pivotal part within the Projects team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will ideally have experience working on schools, and be happy to work from home, with travel to site.
- You will ideally be MRICS or MCIOB qualified or equivalent.
