Your new company
I am currently recruiting for a new Recruitment Advisor vacancy for a brilliant organisation and household name.
Your new role
This is a contract role for 6 months, based within a recruitment project to help my client scale up their new UK based site. There could be a longer-term potential in this role, given the way my client is growing.
What you'll need to succeed
This role sits within a high performing team, you will manage end to end recruitment within a range of business units, mainly corporate functions. You will take briefs from line managers, create and post job adverts, screen CVs and also headhunt candidates via a range of sources. This role will have the support of a HR/Recruitment admin, who will be able to support your admin duties. This role will be a mix of higher volume recruitment and niche harder to fill roles. My client is looking to interview and start within a few weeks. There will be a 1 stage process, potentially with an in person in my clients’ offices.
