You’ll be joining a highly respected Tier 1 contractor with a strong track record delivering major public‑sector schemes across the UK, particularly within the education, healthcare and defence sectors. As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing the scheme from pre‑construction through to handover. Based on site five days a week, you will lead the delivery team, drive programme performance, oversee subcontractor coordination, ensure adherence to health & safety standards, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders and the client team. This is a key leadership role offering the chance to take charge of a major education project from start to completion.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Demonstrable experience managing large‑scale construction projects (circa £15m+ preferred)
- Strong on‑site leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
