As the group continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Tax Director to lead and shape our tax advisory services across all three offices.
Your new role:
- Leading and developing the tax team across all three offices
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts
- Overseeing complex tax compliance and advisory projects, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and corporate restructuring
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted adviser
- Supporting the wider leadership team in driving business development and growth
- Staying ahead of tax legislation changes and ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of best practice
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Experienced in advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and private clients on a wide range of tax issues
- A confident communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and approachable way
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
