Hays Education is working with a high school in Wigan to recruit a dedicated KS3 Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping them achieve their academic potential.
In this role, you will provide support across whole classes in Key Stage 3, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will also deliver targeted interventions for pupils with lower-level abilities, ensuring they receive the additional help they need to progress.
