My client is recruiting for a skilled and proactive scheduling administrator to join their team in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large global organisation.
Your new role:
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance
- Booking in engineers throughout the day
- Processing quotes and PPM related works
- Processing RAMS/Permits
- Tracking and updating trackers
- Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLAs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure customer complaints are escalated
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Ability to work on your own without supervision
- Organisational skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Flexible, dynamic, adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of CRM systems
