Your new role:
- As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of both corporate and private client tax advice, taking ownership of high-value advisory projects.
- Provide strategic tax planning and support for corporate clients, including transaction structuring, R&D relief, patent box, and exit planning.
- Offer personal tax advice to business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, covering estates, capital gains, and succession planning.
- Lead and coordinate project delivery end-to-end, managing scope, budgeting, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including accountants, auditors, and digital advisory colleagues.
- Mentor and manage junior tax staff, supporting career development and technical growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, collaborating on proposals and thought leadership.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Professional qualification (CTA, ACA/ACCA with tax experience).
- Strong technical expertise in both corporate and personal tax advisory.
- Proven background in leading complex advisory projects for corporate and private clients.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills—you’re proactive, personable, and commercially aware.
