Your new company Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting an extremely well-resourced and welcoming primary school in Warrington that is easily accessible via public transport as they are seeking an experienced level 3 qualified EYFS teaching assistant to join their team on a full-time long-term temporary contract.
In this role, you will work across both nursery and reception classes, delivering targeted small-group learning sessions to support pupils' early development. You will ideally have strong EYFS curriculum knowledge and the confidence to lead engaging educational activities that are inclusive and associated with pupils' key interests to promote engagement and meet learning goals.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead on small group focused interventions, specifically to support fine motor skills, phonics, reading and early numeracy and literacy.
