We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale Service Now implementation.

Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support Service Now capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop Service Now solutions across HRSD and CSM.
  • Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.
  • Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.
  • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on Service Now development experience.
  • Strong experience with HRSD.
  • Experience across one or more of: CSMSource-to-Pay Operations Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro Service Now Integrations Virtual Agent Now Assist
  • Experience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces and portal experiences.
  • Strong Service Now scripting skills including Java Script, Glide APIs and Flow Designer.
  • Experience integrating Service Now with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and/or Integration Hub.
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and test cycles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Service Now Certified System Administrator.
  • Active SC Clearance.
  • UK Based.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise or public sector Service Now delivery programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement andmunication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple supplier and stakeholder teams.
