As part of the growing Finance team, you’ll join a collaborative, purpose-led environment where your expertise will help shape the future of our organisation.

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join us as a Tax and Treasury Manager on a 4-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on and strategic role, you’ll lead the management of our funding portfolio and oversee tax compliance across the group. Working closely with the Head of Finance and colleagues across the business, you’ll:

  • Manage and inspire the Treasury and Finance Teams, promoting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
  • Oversee all funding arrangements, including drawdowns, repayments, covenants, and security documentation
  • Support new debt and refinancing projects, maintaining strong relationships with lenders and advisors
  • Manage day-to-day cashflow and forecasting, ensuring funds are available when needed
  • Maintain and develop financial models (including BRIXX) to support long-term planning
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and reporting requirements
  • Provide clear, timely insight and advice to inform decision-making

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in treasury management, cashflow forecasting, and tax compliance, ideally within a complex, multi-entity organisation
  • A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confidence in managing risk
  • Familiarity with financial modelling tools (such as BRIXX) would be an advantage
