Permanent position with a competitive salary, van, and benefits. Hays is recruiting to join a leading facilities team covering Portsmouth to Salisbury to Bath.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.
- Service and fault-finding on air source heat pumps, plus basic plumbing tasks.
- Electrical & mechanical work on three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Use CAFM systems via mobile devices; complete RAMS and permits; liaise with site services.
- Occasional overtime, including nights/weekends.
What you’ll bring:
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent, C&G/NVQ Level 2+ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
- Strong multi-skilled ability and fault-finding skills.
- Desirable: PLC diagnostics, contractor supervision, IPAF/Working at Height.
