Due to continued business requirements, they are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the UK Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the UK business.

Your new role

As Personal Assistant, you will provideprehensive executive and administrative support to the UK Operations Manager, acting as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day business activities.

This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and professionalism.

Key duties will include

  • Providing proactive executive support, including diary management, correspondence and scheduling.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, amodation, transport, visas and travel documentation.
  • Organising meetings, leadership events and conferences, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for executive visitors, customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Maintaining highly confidential business, employee and corporate information.
  • Processing invoices, expenses, supplier payments and other financial transactions in line withpany controls.
  • Administeringpany credit card processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting corporateernance activities, including liaison with legal and corporate teams to ensure statutory and legal requirements are met.
  • Coordinating employee recognition initiatives, educational awards, munity donations and engagement activities.
  • Liaising with insurers, legal representatives, corporate functions and external stakeholders regarding documentation and administrative requirements.
  • Producing reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and supporting special projects as required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Personal Assistant with a proven background supporting senior leaders within a large corporate or multinational environment.

You will also demonstrate

  • Level 3 PA Qualification, Business Studies Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant within a large multinational organisation.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
  • Experience managingplex travel arrangements and executive schedules.
  • Financial administration experience, including expenses, invoices and payment processing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent minute-taking and reporting abilities.
  • Exceptional planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgement and managepeting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous.
  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
