Our client is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property maintenance team. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of domestic and commercial properties, delivering high-quality repairs, installations, maintenance, and testing.

Your new role:

  • Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing across domestic and non-domestic properties.
  • Carry out minor multi-trade tasks related to electrical work (e.g., patching, shower replacements).
  • Ensure compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
  • Maintain accurate electronic certification and records.
  • Work efficiently, liaising with managers and other trades as required.
  • Participate in an emergency out-of-hours rota when needed.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical discipline and AM2 practical trade test.
  • City & Guilds 2361 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence and DBS clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of BS7671:2018 regulations and Health & Safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
  • Experience within the electrical contracting industry.
