Due to growth, an excellent job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to head up client servicing within a dynamic, forward-thinking financial advisory company. The firm has enjoyed steady growth year-on-year and has a culture of promoting from within.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support team, managing workloads to maximise efficiency to deliver high standards of client service and drive best practice to ensure clients' needs are met, and compliance requirements are adhered to.
