Hays Property and Surveying are seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join a national real estate consultancy based in Southampton. The company is a leading national real estate consultancy with a strong market presence across the South Coast Region. Their Southampton Valuation Team provide expert advice and undertake valuation advisory services on behalf of high street banks, private lenders, financial institutions and investment clients. The team now has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join the business and contribute to its ongoing growth and success.
The role will be based in their Southampton office, with an opportunity to work from home part of the week.
Your new role:
- As a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director, you will be responsible for undertaking commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes and on behalf of an established portfolio of clients. This will include valuations for loan security, investment and financial reporting.
