Are you a skilled tradesperson with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance? We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and help provide an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service across a range of properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and masonry tasks to a high standard.
- Ensuring all work complies with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and internal policies.
- Acting as an ambassador for our values, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Using mobile devices to record job progress, materials used, and timesheets.
- Managing van stock and procuring materials through approved suppliers.
- Participating in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance across residential properties.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Maintenance Operations or a core trade (or time-served experience).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
