Your new role is an outstanding opportunity for a mid‑level Commercial Property Associate to join a thriving and well‑regarded Commercial Property team based in Southampton. In this role, you will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, advising on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters. This will include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, portfolio management and strategic asset management projects.
You will act for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers, and you’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined‑up, commercially focused advice.
