As Management Accountant, you’ll manage your own client portfolio while delivering high‑quality management accounts to a wide range of businesses. You’ll work closely with clients to provide insight, maintain accurate financials, and support their ongoing commercial decision‑making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Working across multiple accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Supporting clients with software queries and system use
You’ll also have access to broad training across VAT, software, and management accounting, plus a clear progression pathway.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- AAT‑qualified (or finalist)
- Strong double‑entry bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience preparing VAT returns
- Confident using a range of cloud and desktop accounting systems
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client‑focused approach
Desirable:
- Software integrations / migration experience
