We can also ensure that we are offering consistent, paid work to our teachers! We have numerous existing relationships and partnerships with schools in the Kent region and the need to support our schools will once again be greater than ever.

Hays are looking for Supply Teachers who are willing to work on a flexible basis; this opportunity would be perfect for anybody who wants to gain valuable experience in preparation for the next academic year or is looking to pick up an extra day of supply when they can. To register as a teacher, you must meet the core criteria: a minimum of 2 months of teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements), you have the right to work in the UK, and you must have QTS. If you don’t have QTS or recent teaching experience, you can register as a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor, provided you have worked with children for 1 month in the past 4 years. We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
