As Procurement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Procurement function, working closely with the Head of Procurement to deliver effective transactional procurement, reporting, supplier administration, and compliance support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising, processing, and managing purchase orders in line with company policy
  • Supporting tender processes, supplier evaluations, and contract administration
  • Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining accurate supplier records
  • Preparing procurement reports and spend analysis, including savings and supplier performance
  • Supporting compliance and audit requirements, including BRC, ESG standards, and internal policies
  • Assisting with supplier performance tracking and non‑conformance management
