Lead the design, planning and execution of OpenShift architecture and migration strategies. This includes designing scalable, secure and resilient OpenShift platforms and planning migrations from existing infrastructure. Expertise with VMware and Pure Storage is essential.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong experience delivering OpenShift architectures and migration programmes.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerisation and orchestration.
- Hands-on VMware experience (vSphere, vCenter, NSX).
- Experience with Pure Storage products (FlashArray, FlashBlade).
- Expertise in networking, persistent storage and cluster operations.
- Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD).
- Proficiency in automation/scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
