What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide tailored support to students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Work closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning outcomes
  • Monitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role (Optional)
  • Background in healthcare or care work is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support
