What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide tailored support to students in one-on-one and group settings
- Work closely with teachers and specialists to boost learning outcomes
- Monitor progress and share feedback to help students succeed
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role (Optional)
- Background in healthcare or care work is a bonus
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities and effective support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support
