Are you a highly professional and organised individual with exceptional business support and executive assistant experience? We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an Executive Assistant/ Project Administrator to join their Business Operations team in Sheffield.
Key Vacancy Information
Temporary (3–6 Months) Location: Sheffield City Centre (Hybrid Working 3 days min in office) Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, approx. 9am–5pm) Start Date: Salary:£34,800 – £37,500 dependent on experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior executive, supporting high-level decision-making and strategic delivery. You’ll be instrumental in managingplex diaries, coordinating projects, and handling sensitivemunications with key stakeholders internally and externally across various organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to a Director in the Executive Leadership Team, enabling effective delivery of organisational priorities.
  • Manageplex diary arrangements, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
  • Managing agendas and follow-up actions, preparation support for meetings
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with policy development and contribute to briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidential office systems and ensure accurate information management.
  • Liaise with internal support services
  • Support recruitment and procurement processes where required.
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in executive support, business administration, or policy coordination.
  • Must be able to start in February andmit to 6 months requirement (could be longer or a permanent opportunity)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and diary management systems.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational andmunication skills.
  • Able to work independently and managepeting priorities.
