We’re currently looking for an experienced plumber to join our team on a series of new-build residential sites in Selsey, West Sussex. The role involves both first and second fix plumbing, working across multiple plots in a fast-paced but well-organised environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident in their trade, understands the demands of new build schedules, and is looking for consistent work through to Christmas.
You’ll be responsible for installing pipework, soil stacks, and heating systems during the first fix phase, followed by fitting sanitary ware, radiators, and final connections during the second fix. The work is varied and hands-on, and you’ll be expected to work efficiently while maintaining high standards. You’ll be liaising with site managers and other trades, so good communication and a professional attitude are essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid Blue CSCS card
- Has solid experience working on new-build housing developments
- Is confident working from drawings and plans
- Has their own tools and ideally their own transport
- Can work independently and take pride in delivering quality work
In return, we offer:
- A reliable schedule of work with clear expectations
- Well-managed sites with supportive teams
- Immediate start with work available until Christmas
If you’re available and interested, please get in touch with your details, experience, and availability. We’re keen to speak with plumbers who are ready to hit the ground running and deliver high-standard work through to the end of the year.
