A leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud / Vlocity) to drive architectural standards, solution design, and platform evolution across a major Salesforce estate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design, ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with BAs to refine and validate requirements.
- Provide architectural oversight across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform configuration.
- Guide backlog prioritisation and ensure enhancements are strategically aligned.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices, documentation standards, and high test coverage.
- Support and oversee third-party integrations and technical workshops.
- Contribute to architectural roadmaps and create high-level technical documentation.
- Mentor developers and support Agile/Scrum ways of working.
- Proven background as a Salesforce Architect (relevant certifications advantageous).
- Deep experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
- Strong understanding across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Integration experience (MuleSoft highly preferred).
- Strong grasp of DevOps/CI-CD approaches within Salesforce.
