Your new role:
- Export Compliance & Logistics: Manage UK and international sales enquiries while ensuring full compliance with global trade regulations. Coordinate shipping, container bookings, and logistics for domestic and export orders, including preparing invoices and providing accurate shipping quotations.
- Customer Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely, clear, and professional responses to all enquiries.
- Order & Shipment Management: Monitor and manage the progress of orders and shipments, ensuring efficient processing from placement to delivery.
- Aftersales Support: Resolve customer aftersales issues, including shipping concerns and warranty replacements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Payment Administration: Process customer payments, issue account statements, and follow up on overdue balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers across the healthcare sector and custodial sectors. Qualify new opportunities and arrange appointments for account managers to present tailored solutions.
- Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the Internal Sales Manager and Head of Sales with administrative tasks, presentations, data analysis, and reporting.
- Administrative Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring the integrity of customer and project information.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, inside sales or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly in managing orders and documentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
