The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across a portfolio of residential properties.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation work within occupied and void residential properties.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship, focusing on first-time fixes and excellent customer service.
Apany van, fuel card, and power tools are provided, along with participation in a paid on-call rota (approximately 1 week every 5–6 weeks).
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works on residential properties.
- Install, service, inspect, test, and certify electrical installations in line with current regulations.
- Diagnose faults andplete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Work alongside other trades when required toplete repairs and projects.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (2356) with AM2.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- 2391 Testing and Inspection
- Gold ECS Card
- Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.
