We’re looking for caring and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist all‑through school in Rugby supporting learners aged 2–19 with a range of additional needs.
Location: Rugby
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full‑time, long‑term, temporary to permanent
Start: ASAP
What you'll be doing:
- Support pupils with SEND in class and during daily routines
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with communication, sensory needs, and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in SEN, support work, or similar
- A calm, patient, and positive approach
- Ability to follow support plans and work as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
