Your new role
We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join the team. This role is ideal if you are looking for flexibility or a long-term position while still making a meaningful difference.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
- Work across Primary and Secondary classrooms, adapting to different age groups and learning levels.
- Assist teachers with tailored learning plans linked to EHCP targets.
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
