Your new role

We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join the team. This role is ideal if you are looking for flexibility or a long-term position while still making a meaningful difference.

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
  • Work across Primary and Secondary classrooms, adapting to different age groups and learning levels.

  • Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
