Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Rotherham. We have immediate placements available and are welcoming applications from candidates currently working with other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
- Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting will also be considered.
- A passionate and patient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
