Our client is a multinational logistics company with a nationwide portfolio. They are hiring a Regional Property Manager to join their central facilities & property team to deliver maintenance services, including projects, to their 'South' region. You will generally be home-based, travelling to sites and working at them 3-4 days per week (can have a working base at a site close to you).

As Regional Property Manager, you will take ownership for the delivery of maintenance services and projects for 10+ large commercial sites in the south region. You will work to project assets and meet the company's business requirements as well as ensure legal responsibilities. Key duties will include:

  • Delivering the annual Leasehold and capital works within budget and programme.
  • Obtaining competitive and value for money quotations.
  • Ensuring all plant and equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with all Statutory Regulations and good practice.
  • Ensuring all day-to-day repairs and call-outs are attended to and carried out to the expected high standards.
  • Managing the preparation and delivery of property projects.
  • Managing the delivery of repair and maintenance works, as well as refurbishment and alteration projects, via preferred suppliers.
  • Contract management with regard to the provision of maintenance of all sites within the region.

To succeed in this role you will require a technical background and proven track record in delivering maintenance and projects to a commercial property portfolio. You will also require:

  • Relevant qualifications (CIOB, RICS etc.)
  • Formal facilities management, property construction or trade qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a multinational logistics provider who are a leader in their sector. You will also receive:

  • £61,500 salary
  • Annual performance-based bonus (c10%)
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays (can also buy additional days)
  • 5-6% pension contributions
