Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (flexible working, typically 9:00–17:00)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our busy Lettings & Tenancy Sustainment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are marketed effectively, let promptly, and customers are supported throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for coordinating viewings, sign-ups, and tenancy checks, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient lettings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and promote available properties using creative and innovative approaches, including social media.
  • Coordinate pre-tenancy interviews, property viewings, and sign-up appointments.
  • Carry out affordability checks and assist customers with securing rent in advance where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administration for new lets and relets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support tenancy sustainability and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of housing management functions and lettings legislation.
  • Understanding of Choice-Based Lettings.
  • Excellent IT skills, including CRM systems.
