As Site Agent, you’ll take ownership of site operations and lead a skilled team to deliver excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site engineers and section engineers.
- Preparing and reviewing work packages and management plans.
- Overseeing subcontractors and supplier relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with H&S and CDM regulations.
- Monitoring contractual requirements and maintaining accurate records.
- Leading site meetings, daily briefings, and maintaining site diaries.
