As a Data Quality and Protocols Officer, you will ensure that the organisation’s data assets are accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose. You’ll implement and maintain data protocols, standards, and governance practices, supporting compliance and enabling informed decision-making across teams. Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, you’ll embed a strong data quality culture and enforce best practices.

  • Strong skills in data extraction, transformation, and reporting (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Understanding of GDPR, UK data protection laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
