Support the device migration and refresh process by setting up the clinic, managing device handovers, updating systems, reporting issues, performing stock checks, and ensuring secure handling of equipment—all under the guidance of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, and in compliance with SC clearance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • SC Clearance is required for this role.
  • Transfer the required number of devices from on-site storage to the Refresh Clinic, following instructions from the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Access systems using designated devices under the guidance of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Perform laptop refresh activities as per project requirements.
  • Retrieve old devices from users and distribute new ones according to the migration schedule and established procedures.
  • Promptly report any issues encountered during migration to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the onsite Post Migration Support Engineer.
  • Conduct daily manual stock checks and report results to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
  • Securely return all devices and equipment to on-site storage at the end of each day.
