You will be leading their successful Payroll team; managing the team and the process to deliver the very best Payroll service! You will be driving business development, making commercial billing decisions, and essentially running the department as if it was your own business!
Working knowledge of a computerised payroll system is essential, some formal training is preferable. You MUST be a payroll expert. In order to receive the upper end of the salary bracket, you really must have extensive experience in a practice payroll as well as some team leader/management experience.
