  • Carry out daily and weekly caretaking duties across housing blocks and estates.
  • Clean communal areas, including stairwells, landings, foyers, lifts, and bin stores.
  • Remove bulk waste, fly-tipping, and litter from communal spaces.
  • Carry out health & safety checks, fire door checks, and record inspections.
  • Report hazards, vandalism, ASB issues, and property defects to the office.
  • Ensure bin areas and recycling points are tidy and accessible.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning, facilities, grounds maintenance, or housing maintenance roles.
  • Ability to carry out basic repairs and use hand tools safely.
