Sandwell council is committed to promoting a ‘moving with dignity’ approach across health and social care partners in Sandwell. Their focus is on enabling independence and enhancing wellbeing for individuals living with long-term conditions at home. • A degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • 2 years post-permanent experience.
  • Proven experience in conducting proportionate assessments and recommending appropriate equipment/adaptations.
