The Role
Hays Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a dedicated Nursery Nurse / Early Years Educator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy and successful school committed to ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential. The role offers the chance to deliver creative teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Support children’s academic and social development through engaging activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and form positive partnerships with parents
- Maintain high expectations for pupils and contribute to the ethos of the school
Skills & Experience Required
- At least two years’ experience in an Early Years setting (primary or nursery school)
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles
- NNEB or equivalent (minimum Level 3), plus GCSE passes in Maths & English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for learning
