A well established local building services consultancy seeks to appoint a Building Services Design Engineer to their team. Established over 50 years ago, they have developed strong client relationships including universities and hospitals in particular. In this, they develop exciting projects including helping their clients towards decarbonisation.
You will be working as a Building Services Design Engineer, overseeing both the mechanical and electrical aspects. Within this role, your duties will be various including:
- Design calculations
- Site visits
- Surveying existing installations
- Preparing specifications and drawings for tender
You will need to be working in the building services industry as a design engineer, either having a background in Mechanical or Electrical or both. In this, you will either need to have suitable qualifications such as a HNC or considerable experience.
£30,000 - £45,000 (DOE), Career development, Encouragement of professional membership and chartership, including fees. There is also consideration of hybrid working option.
