Your new role I’m pleased to be partnering with a prestigious organisation in Norwich that has a clear mission and an inclusive, community-focused culture. They are seeking an experienced HR professional for a 6-month interim assignment.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Director to deliver strategic HR projects, manage complex employee relations cases, and ensure policies remain aligned with evolving legislation. The position calls for proven HR expertise with strong ER experience, excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate discretion, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
The organisation is ideally looking for someone to start in January or as soon as possible, and candidates must be able to commit for the full term. They operate a hybrid working model with three days on-site each week and support flexible working arrangements.
