You’ll ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a site-based role (5 days per week) with occasional visits to the Nottinghamshire office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily site activities and supervising subcontractors
  • Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the build
  • Coordinating site logistics and resolving operational issues
  • Reporting progress to the Project Manager and supporting delivery of key milestones

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on new-build projects, ideally within public sector, education, or healthcare environments
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site discipline
  • Police vetting clearance (required for site access)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Live within an hour of Northampton or able to commute
