The business delivers mechanical packages across a range of sectors including residential accommodation (apartment blocks), commercial offices, and healthcare projects, with project values typically ranging from £100k to £.

You will join the business as a Mechanical Estimator, with the role open to candidates at either Intermediate or Senior level, depending on experience. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of mechanical building services packages including HVAC, pipework, and plumbing systems. The level of responsibility will reflect your experience, with more senior candidates taking ownership of tenders and supporting the development of the estimating function. Key duties include:
- Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
