We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a key role supporting our engineers by sourcing unique, high-quality components for specialist robotic systems. You will research off-the-shelf solutions, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance with strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with design engineers to understand technical requirements.
- Source one-off and low-volume components for electrical, hydraulic, pumping, and industrial vacuum systems.
- Research and identify innovative off-the-shelf solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and terms.
- Ensure all components meet ATEX Zone 0 and relevant compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and manage delivery timelines.
- Experience: 3+ years in technical, sourcing or procurement in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
