What You'll Do?
- Leading and supporting on-site acquisitions and developments (land, golden brick, turnkey and package deals, including some Section 106 acquisitions), site assembly and disposals;
- Setting up estates for shared ownership and market sale schemes;
- Advising clients on grant funding requirements and compliance with the Capital Funding Guide;
- Drafting and negotiating key documents such as Conditional Contracts, Development Agreements, Option Agreements, Transfers and Leases, while collaborating with colleagues across operational teams;
- Preparing clear, practical reports for clients and certificates of title for lenders.
